LFGF Chicken Balls

Quick, easy, and packed with flavour — these gluten free chicken balls make a great snack or meal addition, served hot or cold with your choice of sauce.

Ingredients

  • 500g (17.5oz) of chicken mince
  • 1 small carrot
  • ½ small zucchini, grated
  • 3 tablespoons of LFGF All-Purpose Chicken Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Form into small balls, place on a plate and put into the fridge for ½ hour to set.
  3. Place the chicken balls into a heated frypan and cook through.
  4. Serve hot or cold with your choice of sauce.

Handy Hints

  • Add 2 tablespoons of LFGF All-Purpose Chicken Seasoning to 500g of mince and 2 tablespoons of water to form meatballs — you do not need egg to keep it together.
  • Store LFGF All-Purpose Chicken Seasoning in an airtight container for up to 12 months.
