When her son was diagnosed with coeliac disease over 18 years ago, Robyn Walton, founder/owner of Live Free Gluten Free, had trouble finding Gluten Free food that was affordable, convenient and tasty, especially for school lunches for a football-playing, 10-year-old schoolboy. After trying many Gluten Free products, Robyn originally set out to develop a Gluten Free bread mix that was both delicious to eat as well as  easy to cook with. Her aim was to provide both the best possible Gluten Free diet for her son and herself as well as helping other people to do the same.
