Method
- Place soft butter (or Nuttelex), eggs and sugar into a bowl. Mix for 3 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients; LFGF all-purpose wholemeal flour, Baking powder, Bi Carb Soda and the mashed banana and mix together.
- Grease a regular size loaf tin.
- Pour batter into loaf tin and bake on low (around 110℃) for 1 hour.
- To check, insert a toothpick into the middle of the loaf. When the toothpick comes out clean, your Banana Bread is ready.
- Cool on rack, then slice and enjoy!
