Gluten Free Chicken Rissoles


Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken Mince
  • 1/4 Cup of LFGF Chicken Seasoning mix
  • 
1 Carrot
  • 
3 finely chopped shallots

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients well together.
  2. 
Shape into balls the size of a small apple.
  3. This should make around 8 rissoles.
  4. Shallow fry for about 20 mins, turning every few mins to ensure they are brown on all sides.
  5. Eat! Serve with a salad or vegies.

**Alternative may be to slice rissoles and place on a LFGF tortilla (see our recipe for instructions on how to make), along with some with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado and gluten free mayonnaise, or whatever ingredients you would like to add!
