Method
- Place LFGF All-purpose plain flour, baking powder & sugar into a mixing bowl.
- Grate lemon rind, then add to the dry mix and mix right though.
- Juice 1 to 2 orange = ½ cup of orange juice set aside.
- Separate the yokes from the white of the egg beat the egg yolks.
- Place the egg yolk, orange juice and the oil to the dry mix. Mix with hands until the mix is well mixed
- Shape tablespoon of mix .
- Place on greased oven tray bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned, cool on wire rack.
