Method
- Mix milk and egg in a bowl
- Place LFGF All-purpose Chicken seasoning mix on a plate
- Roll Chicken in the egg and milk mix
- The roll Chicken in the All-purpose chicken seasoning mix, covering all the chicken
- Heat oil till hot.
- Place 1/4 of the Chicken in the hot oil and fry gently until it is just starting to change colour.
- Place on absorbent paper till all the chicken has been half cooked
- Return the chicken to the oil until cooked
- Place Chicken on absorbent paper to drain
- Serve and enjoy
