Method
- Place LFGF All-purpose plain flour and All-purpose Chicken Seasoning into a bowl. Mix 1 cup of water, very slowly into the dry mix, then blend until the batter is smooth (add the rest of the water if needed). Please note, the batter will be a bit thicker than wheat batter.
- Cover and stand for approx 1 hour.
- Just before fryng, beat through 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder (gluten free) and 1 teaspoon of LFGF All-purpose plain flour.
- Add another 1/2 tablespoons of water and mix through.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve with hot chips and salad. Enjoy!
