Gluten Free Chicken


  • 600g Chicken
  • 1 egg or egg replacement
  • 2 tablespoons milk (or soy/rice milk)
  • Oil for cooking


  1. Mix milk and egg in a bowl
  2. Place LFGF Chicken seasoning on a plate
  3. Roll Chicken in the egg and milk mix
  4. The roll Chicken in the chicken seasoning, covering all the chicken
  5. Heat oil till hot.
  6. Place 1/4 of the Chicken in the hot oil and fry gently until it is just starting to change colour.
  7. Place on absorbent paper till all the chicken has been half cooked
  8. Return the chicken to the oil until cooked
  9. Place Chicken on absorbent paper to drain
  10. Serve and enjoy
